PSA levels are checked every 3 months. Six months after treatment a biopsy may be conducted. If any cancer is detected, then repeat HIFU will be conducted.

If no localised disease is found but the PSA continues to rise, then other specific treatments will be required. Mr Harriss can advise you accordingly.
